Quotations We will be pleased to furnish price and delivery quotations by e-mail, mail, telephone, or fax. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms Payments to TransEra for purchases and shipping charges can be made by VISA, Mastercard, company check, certified check, or money order. For companies with credit established, our terms are net 30 days. Your credit can be approved by supplying us with simple financial information. All purchases are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions, which are available on request.
Return of Products Satisfaction guaranteed. TransEra will refund the full purchase price during the first 30 days if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product. If you need to return product(s) for any reason, please call to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions. The RMA number must be clearly marked on all packages and documents.
